Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: February 21, 2026 · Last Updated: February 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Therapii (“Therapii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Therapii mobile application, the website located at therapii.net, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Therapii operates a technology platform that facilitates connections between three categories of participants in the wellness industry:
- Clients — individuals seeking wellness services including massage therapy, bodywork, biohacking, and related modalities.
- Providers — independent wellness professionals who offer services through the Platform.
- Partners — businesses or individuals who make physical spaces available to Providers through the Platform's marketplace.
THERAPII IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM AND MARKETPLACE FACILITATOR. Therapii does not itself provide wellness services, medical advice, or healthcare of any kind. Therapii does not employ, direct, or control Providers. Therapii does not own, operate, or manage Partner spaces. The Platform provides technology infrastructure for booking, payment processing, credential verification, communications, and marketplace facilitation. All wellness services are provided solely by independent Providers, and all spaces are owned and operated solely by Partners.
3. User Accounts and Roles
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You may create only one account per individual. Therapii may require an invitation code for account creation at its discretion.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Therapii immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Therapii shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
3.3 Roles
Users may register under one or more roles (Client, Provider, Partner). Each role carries distinct obligations as described in these Terms. Users may switch between active roles within the Platform. Role-specific onboarding, credential verification, and approval requirements must be satisfied before a role becomes active.
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination
Therapii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to maintain required credentials, receipt of adverse background check results, or conduct that Therapii determines to be harmful to the Platform or its users. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@therapii.com.
4. Provider Terms
4.1 Independent Contractor Relationship
Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of Therapii. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Therapii and any Provider. Therapii does not direct or control the manner, method, or means by which Providers perform their services. Providers retain sole discretion over:
- Which services to offer and at what prices
- Their availability, scheduling, and working hours
- Whether to accept, decline, or counter-propose any booking
- The geographic areas in which they operate
- The locations at which they provide services
- Their own tools, equipment, supplies, and techniques
Providers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations arising from their use of the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, self-employment tax, and any applicable state or local taxes. Therapii will issue IRS Form 1099-K through Stripe for earnings that meet or exceed the applicable federal reporting threshold.
4.2 Credential and Verification Requirements
To maintain active Provider status on the Platform, Providers must satisfy and continuously maintain the following requirements:
- Background Check. Providers must consent to and successfully complete a background check conducted by our third-party partner, Checkr, Inc. The background check requires a one-time payment. A result of “clear” is required for active status. Results of “consider” will be reviewed by Therapii administration. Results of “adverse action” will result in ineligibility to provide services through the Platform.
- Professional Licensure. Providers must hold and maintain a valid, current professional license appropriate to their modality and the state(s) in which they provide services. License information is subject to administrative verification.
- Insurance. Providers must maintain current professional liability insurance with coverage adequate for the services they provide. Proof of insurance must be uploaded to the Platform and kept current.
- State-Specific Credentials. Providers operating in multiple states must satisfy the credential requirements for each state. The Platform tracks state-specific approval status and will restrict matching in states where credentials are not satisfied.
Expiration of any required credential will result in automatic suspension from the provider matching system. Therapii will send expiration reminder notifications, but the Provider bears sole responsibility for maintaining current credentials. Therapii reserves the right to modify credential requirements at any time.
4.3 Provider Conduct and Safety
Providers agree to conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Providers acknowledge and agree that:
- The Platform uses GPS-based location verification to confirm Provider proximity to the appointment location. Providers must be within approximately 1,000 feet of the appointment location to initiate an appointment.
- The Platform includes optional safety features, including an appointment timer with noise detection capabilities that may trigger an automatic safety call. Providers may configure these features according to their preferences.
- Providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they provide. Therapii makes no representations regarding the adequacy of any Provider's training, skills, or qualifications beyond the credential verification described herein.
4.4 Stripe Connect and Payouts
To receive payouts, Providers must create and maintain a Stripe Connect Express account. By creating a Stripe Connect account, Providers agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Therapii is not responsible for delays, holds, or restrictions imposed by Stripe on Provider accounts.
5. Partner Terms
5.1 Space Listings
Partners are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all space listings, including location, hours of operation, descriptions, photographs, and available amenities. Partners must maintain their spaces in a safe, clean, and professionally suitable condition. Therapii reserves the right to remove or suspend any space listing that does not meet Platform standards.
5.2 Marketplace Modes
Partners may offer space access through three marketplace modes:
- Sell Mode. Partners create exclusive time blocks that Providers purchase for sole access to the space during the specified period. Pricing is set by the Partner. Purchased blocks may be eligible for resale to other approved Providers, subject to any markup caps set by the Partner.
- Community Mode. Partners offer space access to pre-approved Providers on a per-booking basis. The space fee (session-based or hourly) is charged to the Client as part of the booking total. Partners may set optional premium pricing on individual time blocks.
- Staffing Mode. Partners create staffing shifts and hire Providers to deliver services at the Partner's location. Partners are responsible for shift management, guest client intake, and Provider compensation at the agreed-upon flat rate and/or per-minute rate.
5.3 Provider Approval and Screening
Partners are responsible for establishing and managing their own provider approval criteria for their spaces. The Platform provides screening tools including minimum experience requirements, required services and certifications, and custom screening questions. Partners may configure auto-approval or manual review of provider applications. Partners retain sole discretion over which Providers are approved for their spaces.
5.4 Time Block Expiration
Time blocks are subject to automatic expiration after their scheduled end date and time. The Platform will not expire time blocks that have active bookings. Partners acknowledge that expired time blocks cannot be recovered, and any applicable platform fees will be assessed upon expiration.
5.5 Stripe Connect and Payouts
To receive space fee payouts and other earnings, Partners must create and maintain a Stripe Connect Express account subject to the same terms described in Section 4.4.
6. Client Terms
6.1 Booking Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information when creating bookings, including service preferences, scheduling requirements, location preferences, and any relevant health or safety information. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time and for complying with the cancellation and no-show policies described in Section 9.
6.2 Guest Client Consent
When booking for other individuals (party bookings, event registrations, or shift appointments), you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of each individual whose personal information you provide, including their name, phone number, and gender. You are responsible for informing such individuals that their information will be shared with the assigned Provider and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.3 Assumption of Risk
Clients acknowledge that wellness services, including massage therapy and bodywork, involve inherent physical contact and carry certain risks. By booking a service through the Platform, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving the service. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health information relevant to the service to your Provider prior to the appointment.
6.4 Conduct
Clients agree to treat Providers and Partner staff with respect and professionalism. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or conduct that creates an unsafe environment is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any prepaid amounts.
7. Bookings and Appointments
7.1 Booking Process
Bookings proceed through the following general lifecycle: the Client submits a booking request, payment is authorized or charged (see Section 8), the booking is presented to eligible Providers for acceptance, the Provider accepts (or the system matches a Provider), and the appointment proceeds to completion. Specific booking types may follow modified workflows.
7.2 Provider Matching
The Platform uses an algorithmic matching system to identify eligible Providers based on factors including service type, duration, geographic availability, credential status, scheduling availability, Client preferences, experience, and ratings. Therapii does not guarantee that a Provider will be available for any given booking request. For general bookings, if the initially matched Provider declines, the booking may be offered to other eligible Providers.
7.3 Booking Types
- Standard Bookings. A single Client books a single Provider for a specified service and duration.
- Party Bookings. A Client books services for multiple individuals (a group). Party bookings may be sequential (one Provider serves all clients in succession) or simultaneous (multiple Providers serve clients concurrently). The booking organizer is responsible for payment for the entire party.
- Event Bookings. A Client books one or more Providers for a multi-provider event. Payment is captured when the required number of Providers have accepted.
- Shift Bookings. Partners create staffing shifts and manage appointments for Clients, including guest clients who may not have Platform accounts.
7.4 Appointment Verification
The Platform may use GPS-based location verification to confirm that a Provider has arrived at the appointment location. Appointment initiation requires the Provider to be within approximately 1,000 feet of the designated location. By using the Platform, Providers consent to this location verification during active appointments.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Therapii does not store credit card numbers. All amounts are in United States Dollars (USD). Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.
8.2 Payment Capture
The Platform operates under one of two payment capture modes, as configured by Therapii administration:
- Immediate Capture. Payment is charged at the time of booking submission. Refunds are issued according to the applicable cancellation policy if the booking is cancelled or declined.
- Capture on Acceptance. Payment is authorized (held) at the time of booking submission and charged only when a Provider accepts. Authorization holds may remain for up to seven (7) days. If no Provider accepts within the authorization period, the hold is released automatically.
8.3 Pricing Components
The total cost of a booking may include:
- Service Fee. The price set by the Provider for the selected service and duration.
- Space Fee. A fee for use of a Partner space (community mode bookings), charged to the Client.
- Space Premium. An optional additional charge set by the Partner or Provider for specific time blocks or spaces.
- Travel Fee. A fee charged by the Provider for mobile (in-home or on-location) appointments, which varies by service duration.
- Premium Features. Optional add-on charges for booking preferences such as minimum provider experience level.
- Tips. The Platform may include an automatic tip (applied to the service subtotal only) and/or allow post-appointment voluntary tipping. Tips are paid in full to the Provider with no platform commission deducted.
8.4 Platform Commission
Therapii charges a platform commission on service fees for completed bookings. The current commission rate is disclosed within the Platform and is subject to change with notice. Commission is calculated on the service fee portion only and does not apply to tips, travel fees, or provider space premiums. Whether commission applies to partner space fees is configurable and disclosed at the time of booking.
8.5 Time Block Purchases and Resale
Providers may purchase exclusive time blocks from Partners (Sell Mode). Purchased blocks may be listed for resale to other approved Providers, subject to any markup cap established by the Partner. A platform fee may apply to time block purchases and resale transactions. Resale listings are automatically removed when the Provider accepts a booking during that time block. Therapii is not responsible for the value, utility, or recoverability of purchased time blocks that expire unused.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
9.1 Client Cancellations
Cancellations by Clients are subject to a tiered refund schedule based on the booking type and the time remaining before the scheduled appointment. The applicable cancellation tiers are displayed within the Platform at the time of booking and may be updated by Therapii administration from time to time. The following default tiers apply unless otherwise indicated:
Standard Bookings:
- 4+ hours before appointment: 100% refund
- 1–4 hours before appointment: 50% refund
- Less than 1 hour before appointment: No refund
Party Bookings:
- 24+ hours before: 100% refund
- 12–24 hours before: 75% refund
- 2–12 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 2 hours before: No refund
Event and Shift Bookings:
- 48+ hours before: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours before: 75% refund
- 12–24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before: No refund
9.2 Provider Cancellations
If a Provider cancels an accepted booking, the Platform will attempt to match the booking with another eligible Provider (for general bookings) or cancel the booking entirely (for specific Provider bookings). In either case, the Client will receive a full refund of any charges associated with the cancelled portion of the booking. Repeated Provider cancellations may result in account review or suspension.
9.3 No-Show Policy
If a Client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, the Provider may mark the appointment as a no-show after a waiting period of fifteen (15) minutes following the scheduled start time. The Provider must provide GPS location verification and photographic evidence to confirm their presence at the appointment location. A no-show results in no refund to the Client, and the Provider receives full payment as if the appointment had been completed.
9.4 Modification of Cancellation Policy
Therapii reserves the right to modify cancellation tiers, refund percentages, and no-show policies at any time. Changes will be reflected within the Platform and will apply to bookings made after the effective date of the change.
10. Payouts and Earnings
10.1 Payout Schedule
Payouts to Providers and Partners are processed according to the Platform's configured payout schedule, which may be per-event (with a minimum delay of forty-eight (48) hours after booking completion) or on a weekly batch basis. Payouts require an active Stripe Connect Express account in good standing. Therapii is not responsible for payout delays caused by Stripe, banking institutions, or incomplete Stripe account setup.
10.2 Payout Distribution
For completed bookings, the service fee is distributed as follows: the platform commission is deducted, and the remainder is paid to the Provider. Space fees are distributed to the Partner. For multi-provider bookings, the service fee is divided equally among the Providers who participated. Tips are paid entirely to the Provider(s) with no platform commission. Travel fees and provider space premiums are paid entirely to the Provider as cost recovery.
10.3 Shift Payments
For staffing shift arrangements, Partners compensate Providers at the agreed-upon rate (flat rate and/or per-minute rate) through the Platform. Client booking revenue generated during a shift is distributed to the Partner, with applicable commission and tip distribution.
10.4 Tax Reporting
Therapii will issue IRS Form 1099-K through Stripe to Providers and Partners whose gross earnings meet or exceed the applicable federal reporting threshold (currently $600). Providers and Partners are solely responsible for reporting all income and paying all applicable taxes. Therapii does not provide tax advice.
11. Reviews and Ratings
11.1 Review System
The Platform enables Clients and Providers to leave reviews consisting of a star rating (1–5) and optional written comments following a completed appointment. Guest clients who do not have Platform accounts may submit reviews through tokenized review links. Reviews are a critical component of Platform trust and safety and factor into the provider matching algorithm.
11.2 Review Privacy Controls
Reviewers may control the visibility of their reviews through privacy settings, including whether to share the rating and/or comment with the other party, and whether the review appears on the Provider's public profile. Regardless of privacy settings, all ratings are included in the computation of aggregate scores.
11.3 Review Guidelines
All reviews must be based on genuine experiences and reflect honest, good-faith assessments. The following are prohibited:
- False, misleading, or defamatory statements
- Reviews not based on an actual service interaction
- Incentivized or compensated reviews
- Review manipulation, including soliciting positive reviews in exchange for discounts or benefits
- Retaliatory reviews in response to negative feedback
- Disclosure of another person's private information within a review
Therapii reserves the right to remove or modify any review that violates these guidelines, without prior notice to the reviewer.
12. SMS Communications
The Platform may send transactional SMS messages in connection with specific service interactions, including review request links and account creation links for event attendees. SMS messages are sent only when a phone number has been voluntarily provided during event sign-up or at the point of service. You consent to receive these messages by providing your phone number. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on service interactions. For additional details, see our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Therapii Property
The Platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, graphics, and other content owned by or licensed to Therapii (collectively, “Therapii Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
13.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit through the Platform, including reviews, messages, profile information, and photographs (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Therapii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and improving the Platform. This license survives termination of your account with respect to content that has been shared with other users or incorporated into aggregate data.
13.3 Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Therapii Content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform; (c) use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform; (d) use the Platform or any data obtained from it to build a competitive product or service; or (e) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Platform.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, credentials, or any other information
- Creating fraudulent bookings, submitting false payment information, or engaging in any form of financial fraud
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or discriminating against any user on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Circumventing the Platform to arrange direct transactions with users you met through Therapii, in order to avoid Platform fees
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform, its servers, or its connected networks
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person or operating multiple accounts
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to damage or exploit the Platform or its users
- Using the Platform for any services that are illegal, non-wellness-related, or sexually oriented
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- No Warranty. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THERAPII DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
- Service Quality. THERAPII MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROVIDERS, OR THE CONDITION, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY PARTNER SPACES. THERAPII IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HARM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SERVICES RECEIVED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
- User Conduct. THERAPII IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY USER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR CLIENTS.
- Damages Cap. IN NO EVENT SHALL THERAPII'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO THERAPII IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- Exclusion of Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL THERAPII BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THERAPII HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
15.1 Force Majeure
Therapii shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, epidemic, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Therapii, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation

- Any services you provide to other users through the Platform (Providers)
- Any spaces you make available through the Platform (Partners)
- Any content you submit to the Platform
- Any tax obligations arising from your earnings through the Platform
- Any dispute between you and another Platform user
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact Therapii at support@therapii.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Most disputes can be resolved through good faith communication.
17.2 Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Therapii agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Riverside County, California, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
17.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND THERAPII AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.
17.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
17.5 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
18. General Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Therapii regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
18.2 Modification
Therapii reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
18.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
18.4 Waiver
The failure of Therapii to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Therapii.
18.5 Assignment
Therapii may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Therapii.
18.6 Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a joint venture, partnership, franchise, employment, or agency relationship between Therapii and any User. No User has the authority to bind Therapii or make representations on behalf of Therapii.
18.7 Notices
Therapii may provide notices to you through the Platform, by email to the address associated with your account, by push notification, or by SMS. You agree that electronic delivery of notices satisfies any legal requirement that such notices be in writing. Notices to Therapii must be sent to support@therapii.com.
